Glossary of Building Terms and Features in English and French

 

Building terms and features can be difficult enough to explain as a layman in your own language, so coming to terms with the French equivalent is not easy. This glossary translates many of the names of materials and architectural features that could come in handy when explaining or briefing to a French artisan, 'Brico' store or builders' merchant.
